Great Customer Service; we had questions that were answered to our satisfaction. They took care of us right away. The lights work great. Using inside for a curtain light. Nice soft glow; not a bright white.I absolutely Loved These lights. They’re huge, the whole thing, HOWEVER the wiring at both ends is simply too thin and splits easily, breaking the wires.I strongly suggest when you hang it, do NOT pull tightly, it split the end wires, but its beautifulLove the lights and convenience of the net lights but not fond of the fact that I have set the mode to stay steady on every time I turn them on, it’s very inconvenient! The transformer doesn’t seem to “remember” the last setting. My outlet is connected to my porch light so I can turn them on and off from the switch inside but then I have to get on the ladder to change the mode. I would give them a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for that glitch. I shouldn’t have to reset the mode each time.Very bright and look like little stars when put on the underside of the gazebo roof. ?They looked great but every night we had to reset them or they turned on in a different setting. It was annoying.Loved the colors, the generous length and the easy installation. After reading the instructions, it said that we needed to keep the plug away from water. I did not understand why, as the description says this is designed for outdoor use. I purchased a waterproof box to keep it dry. I also enclosed that same box in a ziplock bag. The lights worked for 5 nights, and they were beautiful. But now they have stopped. I've checked the connection and it was completely dry. No water got in to the damage the electrical connection. I will be returning them.The lights look good and are easy enough. Be careful installing/hanging as the net is quite fragile. Wires will pull free from the bulbs with even the slightest tug.It is annoying to have to adjust the lighting pattern via the led controller everytime the lights come on. But they work well enough for the price.very happy fits perfect on are bushLooked absolutely brilliant and very easy to put up too. We received compliments from neighbours.
