I have built my own solar generator systems and this one is still a good part of my collection. I have measures efficient and it’s actually better than my homemade unit. Display is kind of awkward, but I don’t really care. They also have great customer service if you have an issue. Kiki was really easy to work with.I've had this for a couple of months. The Bluetti EB240 works as advertised. It can power a number of high-wattage items for a very long time. I bought it to power my refrigerator during PSPS in California and I'm getting around 2 days without charging with this unit. I've also used it to power my PC and other equipment without issue. My major gripe with the EB240 is around charging. For such a large unit, it is pretty restrictive in the amount of volts you can sent to the unit. I can use the two SP200 units and it will take me around 10 hours. That means two days of charging in my situation. Adding another panel won't lower this as the unit takes ~400W max through the charging port. The EB240 is a very heavy unit. I would just put it somewhere and leave it. It's movable, but it is very heavy. So far none of this hasn't been an issue for my situation as I can usually stay just behind the total power being used and I don't move the unit. I haven't run a multi-day test with the fridge on the unit and the unit being recharged by the panels. I got a pretty good deal on the unit and I'm happy with my purchase. I'd rate it 4.5 stars if I could.Me encantó. I ran the EB240 down about 40%, then set up the panels in my back yard on a partly cloudy day. I hooked them up in series with a 25’ extension and plugged them into the EB240. I was pulling in about 350 watts max in full sun and fully recharged the power station in about 4 hrs, so a 9-10 hr to fully recharge from empty seems correct. I’m new to the solar game, but very impressed with this set-up. It should easily do what I need it to in a grid down situation. I have run my instant pot, instant pot rice and grain cooker, keurig coffee pot and my full size Frigidaire side by side refrigerator freezer (not at the same time). I can’t really speak to the durability since I just received this but everything seems very well made and I fully expect this to last a very long time as long as it’s well taken care of. A++Really happy that bought this generator. My only gripe is that you can't charge the Bluetti AND power devices at the same time. Which makes having only one Bluetti seem self defeating. Otherwise it's an awesome product. Wish their was a case for it to protect it and make it seem less conspicuous. The panels aren't water proof and I'd like see some of these panels come in a fashion to which you can inconspicuously attach them to your car without fear of weather. Kind of makes the panels seem self defeating as well considering you would have to be near them to make sure they didn't get wet. You can't just leave them or the generator charging. Stuff to think about.Overall decent. But some issues. The solar panels arrived a week after the EB240. Neither product comes with a proper user manual. Even though the kit included two panels, there are no instructions on how to connect the two together. The solar panels seems very sensitive to any shade at all. It seems that even if only one section of one panel is shaded, the charging drops almost to zero. The EB240 does have plenty of power and will allow me to operate many devices during a power failure or when camping.great to have for back up during power outages. easy to set up and use. recharges easily with foldable solar panels. we ran quite a few things on this. it also recharges our phones and tablets quickly. definitely gives some peace of mind that you can run some lights and cook some food.fast delivery and answered questions quickly . Shipping confusion due lack of upfront information, otherwise very good to deal with , I would purchase from seller again . As for the eb240 with 2pcs solar 120w , they arrived in good condition no damage packaged very good .Very Good
